Payment Schedule

50% due at time of booking.

Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if cancelled after.

Damage deposit

A pre-authorization of $500 is due 0 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure

Notes

To secure your stay, 50% is payable immediately, 50% remaining 30 days prior.

Reservation is 100% refundable until 30 days prior to stay. Less than 30 days, no refunds. 

The cleaning fee covers cleaning after check out, additional cleaning during your stay is available for a fee. 

Extra charges from your damage deposit will be taken if; 

*The unit is left excessively dirty *Failure to remove garbage / recycling 

*Missing/damage beddings, towels, household items 

*Damages in the unit, appliances, fixtures, furniture

*Building By-Law infractions
